As a busy mom, I’m always on the hunt for quick recipes that taste great and are also healthy for my family. So I was quite stoked when my sister shared this protein ball recipe with me. I’m not too ashamed to admit that I fell in love with it at first bit, and the fact that they’re gone within a few days of me whipping up a batch just goes to show you that my family has fallen in love too.
No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Balls
1 cup Oats (quick or old fashioned)
1/2 cup Honey
1/2 cup natural Peanut Butter
1/3 cup Cocoa
2/3 cup Vanilla Protein Powder (this is my favorite)
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Using small scoop, form into balls and place onto a cookie sheet covered with parchment paper.
- Chill in freezer for 1 hour.
- Store in airtight container.
