A dear friend made this Bacon and Cheese Quiche for us after Dalton was born. Since we were traveling back and forth to the hospital those first few days, it was perfect to warm up a slice and take it with us to eat in the car.
Obviously I fell in love with this super simple quiche recipe. Not only is it fabulous for breakfast, but for for brunch, supper or anything in between!
I’m not sure how much easier it can get, folks! Wham, bam, thank you ma’am and you’re quiche is cooking in the oven.

1 pkg. Bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 teaspoon Onion Powder
1/4 teaspoon Oregano

Pepper
- Place cooked and crumbled bacon in the bottom of your pie crust and top with cheese.

This recipe is super versatile. If you’re not a fan of bacon you could easily use 1 cup of sausage, ham or any other meat.
