5 Ingredient Skillet Cornbread

4 Eggs
1 cup Oil
16 oz Sour Cream
2 cup Self-Rising Cornmeal
2 tablespoon Sugar

  • Preheat your oven to 375. Put a few tablespoons of oil in your cast iron skillet and place in the oven.
  • Mix together your eggs, oil, and sour cream. Add cornmeal and sugar.
  • When your oil is hot, pour your cornbread mixture into your skillet and bake for 30-40 minutes.
