5 Ingredient Skillet Cornbread
1 cup Oil
16 oz Sour Cream
2 cup Self-Rising Cornmeal
2 tablespoon Sugar
- Preheat your oven to 375. Put a few tablespoons of oil in your cast iron skillet and place in the oven.
- Mix together your eggs, oil, and sour cream. Add cornmeal and sugar.
- When your oil is hot, pour your cornbread mixture into your skillet and bake for 30-40 minutes.
I enjoyed mine hot out of the oven with some honey on it!!!
