If mornings at your house are anything like mine, they can be quite crazy. And that’s why I love this Blueberry Baked Oatmeal. It’s a make ahead recipe that’s not only healthy but quick and easy too, which is a must in my book. Plus I love how versatile it is – feel free to swap out the blueberries for a strawberry, peach or mixed berry baked oatmeal!
My family has fallen in love with this Blueberry Baked Oatmeal recipe so of course I have to share it with you. I make a 9 x 13 pan and our family of three will eat on it all week. Now if you have a larger family it’s also perfect for just one meal. Either way you look at it, I think you’re going to love it just as much as we do. It’s healthy, filling and super easy to make. Let me show you how!

1/2 cup unsweetened Applesauce
3/4 cup Honey
