When I was contacted to write a sponsored post about Silk’s Fruit & Protein I jumped at the chance! After all, you know how much juice we drink around our house!
I was excited to try a healthier alternative to the other juices. Silk Fruit & Protein not only has calcium and vitamin D and C, but it also has 5 grams of protein! I love that I can get protein in my juice (other juices don’t offer this)!
Silk’s Fruit & Protein is a fairly new product that’s been around for about a year. There are three delicious flavors: Mango Peach, Mixed Berry and Strawberry Banana. Sadly, our store was out of Strawberry Banana so we didn’t get to try that flavor! (Must be a popular flavor!)
I wasn’t sure what to expect when we tasted this juice, especially since it’s good for you! All of Silk’s non-dairy milks are free of lactose, cholesterol, gluten, eggs, casein, and MSG. This is a great option for many families that have food allergies, or families that are trying to make healthier choices!
Okay, to the taste testing! When they say it’s a delicious fruit juice blend they’re not kidding. Honestly, it didn’t taste like anything that’s remotely good for you. I drank every last drop of my juice (and even wanted more), and Trent said it tasted like “yogurt in a cup.” Both the Mixed Berry and Mango Peach had great flavor, and it was a yummy mix of the fruits. One fruit didn’t stand out more than it should have!
Silk Fruit & Protein is a great way to shake up your wake up. It’s a great addition to your family’s morning routine and is definitely a juice that the whole family will love!
Don’t just take my word for it – try it for yourself! To find the store nearest you that sells it, you can check out Silk’s handy-dandy store locator. But, before you head to the store, you’ll want to head over here and print this $1 off Silk Fruit & Protein coupon! Also, keep in mind that you won’t find Silk Fruit & Protein in the juice aisle but near other Silk or plant-based-beverages.
