Meatloaf is one of my favorite items to get whenever we visit Cracker Barrel. I’ve been hankering a good slice of meatloaf so I decided to whip some up! It’s not Trent’s favorite but it’s ok to make every once in a while!
I found this recipe in this Campbell’s Back Label Recipes and More Cookbook. The only problem is that my meatloaf doesn’t look as good as the picture in the cookbook! It’s definitely not the prettiest food but it sure is yummy!
1 can Condensed Tomato Soup
2 lb ground beef (I used ground turkey)
1 pouch Dry Onion Soup Mix packets
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1 beaten egg
Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Place into a loaf pan and bake at 350 for 75 minutes, or until meatloaf is done (160 f).
