These Super Simple Grilled Potato Rounds have become a common occurrence whenever I cook on the grill. I love how easy they are to make and I know you will too!
Wash and thinly slice your potatoes. I generally slice 1 1/2 potatoes per person. Paired with your favorite meat and a veggie, it’s more than enough!
Coat the potatoes with oil (about 1/4-1/2 cup) and seasoned salt. If you don’t have seasoned salt, feel free to use your favorite seasoning!
Place the potatoes on your pre-heated grill. If there’s oil in the bottom of your bowl, I don’t recommend pouring it over the potatoes because the fire will flare up and scorch the potatoes.
Cook for about 20 minutes (depending on the thickness of your potatoes) on medium heat. Flip/toss your potatoes 3-4 times during the cooking process. As you can see, a few of the potatoes will be crispy on one side.
These potatoes are so very tender and yummy. I love this recipe because I don’t have to heat up the oven for a side dish and can easily use the grill!
