This is one of those recipes that I made up as I went along. I knew I wanted to make a flatbread but I wasn’t quite sure which direction to go.
So, I started with the chicken that I knew I already had cooked and in the fridge. Then, I just glanced around to see what else I had, and this is what I ended up with! In an effort to add a touch of gourmet (ha!), I added my sauteed mushrooms. They were a nice touch and I’m glad I came up with that idea!
Chicken Alfredo Flatbread
- Alfredo Sauce
- Sliced Tomatoes
- Cooked, Shredded Chicken
- Shredded Cheese
- Grated Parmesan Cheese
Spread the alfredo sauce on top of the flatbread. Layer with remaining ingredients, topping with cheeses. Cook at 375 for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown.
This recipe was super simple to make. You could definitely add whatever ingredients your heart desires. Trent and I both enjoyed these flatbreads and can’t wait to have them again!
Have you made flatbreads? What do you put on your flatbread?
